KIDOU exists because the people building Singapore's next robots and industrial hardware have nowhere sensible to do it. KIDOU Hub is the first building.

The story, in seven lines.

    Robots are going to work

    Singapore's robotics economy is moving from demonstrations into daily operations: ports, airports, warehouses, cleaning fleets and factories.

    Hardware founders need a place to build

    Somewhere to store equipment, run a test, receive a pallet and meet a customer. Not a desk in a tower.

  3. 03

    Central coworking is the wrong shape

    It provides desks. It is poorly suited to equipment, deliveries and industrial work.

    KIDOU sits inside industry

    10 Terusan Edge is in Jurong Industrial Estate, near workshops, warehouses, engineering firms, logistics operators and Jurong Port.

    Work upstairs, build below, pilot nearby

    Furnished desks on the upper level, an allocated bay on the open Level 4M floor, and buyers a few minutes away.

    Six teams first

    KIDOU begins in 2027 as a practical workspace for six founding teams. Nothing more is promised at launch.

  7. 07

    Then a programme, earned

    A structured industrial accelerator follows in 2028 only once there is a real track record to build it on.

KIDOU starts as a workspace, not an accelerator. The first six teams move in, build and run pilots. What comes next is shaped around what those teams need.

    A structured accelerator, built around the founding teams.

    • A programme with corporate pilot access and mentoring, once the workspace has a track record
    • Private build rooms added if founding teams need them
    • Founding tenants get first say and first access

The 2028 programme is planned, not yet running. Renders show where it could sit, not the launch condition.

What we will not claim.

  • Every image is labelled as a real photo or an illustrative render.
  • KIDOU is a workspace today. It does not run an accelerator or a fund.
  • Nearby companies are listed as neighbours to approach, never as partners or customers.
  • Bay sizes, approved uses and site rules are confirmed in writing before any tenancy.

Who is behind it

KIDOU is run by a small founding team combining industrial property in Jurong with startup operations and go to market experience. We work from the building ourselves.
