The two spaces are one storey apart. Teams share the existing furnished office and receive a defined zone on the bare Level 4M floor for approved equipment, storage and testing.

Two connected floors, built for desk work and physical work.

The upper level is an existing furnished office with workstations, pedestal storage, meeting space and a pantry. Founding teams share this office and use the furniture already in place. There is no office renovation to wait for.

One storey below is Level 4M: approximately 3,268 sq ft of bare open floor. This is where teams place approved machines, parts and test rigs. Each team receives a defined equipment zone, while circulation and a shared testing area remain open.

The office, meeting space, testing area and delivery route are shared. Equipment movement through the existing cargo lift is arranged in advance and remains subject to building and safety rules.

The bare floor is one storey below the furnished office.

The floor plan gives approximately 303.59 m², or 3,268 sq ft, on Level 4M. It remains one flexible open floor. Equipment zones, circulation, power requirements and approved uses are confirmed with each team before signing.

A week at KIDOU has four parts, and they all happen in one place.

    Work

    Mornings at a real desk.

    The shared upper office is already furnished with workstations, meeting space and a pantry. Teams use the existing setup for desk work, calls and customer meetings.

    Build

    Afternoons on the floor.

    One storey below, the bare 3,268 sq ft Level 4M floor holds approved robots, rigs and spares. Each team has a defined equipment zone, with shared space for permitted testing.

  3. Cargo lift lobby with a forklift
    Move

    Kit in and out without a fight.

    The building has a cargo lift and ground level loading area. Approved deliveries and equipment movements are arranged in advance under the building rules.

  4. View from the office across the water to neighbouring industrial buildings
    Pilot

    Customers a few minutes away.

    Workshops, yards, labs, warehouses and Jurong Port sit within a short drive. Qualify a real problem with an operator and run the first pilot without leaving the neighbourhood.

House rules, in plain terms.

The building is a working industrial site, so a few things are fixed. Everything else is agreed in writing with you before you move in.

Permitted

  • Storing approved equipment, parts and test rigs inside your defined zone
  • Light bench work and assembly within the approved use
  • Running a robot in the shared testing area by arrangement
  • Approved deliveries through the existing cargo lift
  • Keeping a central office elsewhere while you build here

Not permitted

  • Unapproved hazardous materials of any kind
  • Heavy fabrication or testing beyond the site's permitted use
  • Blocking shared circulation or spreading beyond your defined zone
  • General office use with no industrial customer or activity
  • Subletting workstations or equipment space to another company
Equipment zones, access hours, power needs, insurance and responsibility for stored items are confirmed in writing before any agreement begins. Cargo lift use and deliveries are arranged in advance under building rules.
